Job Description
We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced Human Resource Officer to join our team. As a Human Resource Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing the recruitment, onboarding, and management of our company’s workforce.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and interviewing
- Developing and implementing effective HR policies and procedures
- Providing guidance and support to employees on HR-related matters
- Conducting training sessions on various HR topics
- Assisting with performance management and employee development initiatives
The ideal candidate for this position will have a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, along with at least three years of experience in a similar role. Strong interpersonal skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information are also essential.
