Job Description
Horizontal Tempering Glass Ltd is looking for a dedicated Human Resource Officer with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented and has a strong focus on people.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment and onboarding process
- Keep employee records updated
- Coordinate and monitor performance appraisals
- Oversee attendance tracking and ensure compliance
- Support initiatives for employee welfare
- Assist in payroll processing
