Job Description
We are currently looking for a skilled and dedicated Human Resource Officer to join our team. As a Human Resource Officer, your role will involve managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training and development, and performance management.
Responsibilities:
- Conducting recruitment activities, such as job posting, resume screening, and interviewing candidates
- Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes
- Providing support in employee relations matters, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Implementing training and development programs to enhance employees’ skills and knowledge
- Assisting in performance management procedures, including goal setting and performance evaluation
If you have a strong understanding of HR practices and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently, we encourage you to apply.
