Job Description
First Excelsia Professional Services Limited seeks an experienced Human Resource Officer to strengthen people strategy, elevate team performance, and support organizational growth. The role leads recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, compliance, employee engagement, workforce planning, and HR policy development. It also manages conflict resolution, disciplinary procedures, and HR metrics to inform leadership decisions while providing HR support to project teams.
- Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR; professional HR certification is advantageous.
- Skills: Strong workforce planning, talent management, and interpersonal abilities.
Annual net remuneration: N2,400,00.
