Staffora Global is on the lookout for a proactive and experienced Human Resource Manager to become a vital part of our dynamic team in the cryptocurrency and fintech sector in Lagos. The ideal candidate will play a key role in overseeing HR operations, managing recruitment processes, and developing HR policies while guaranteeing compliance with Nigerian labor laws.

Responsibilities: Oversee recruitment, employee relations, payroll, and training initiatives.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 3-5 years of HR experience, and exceptional communication skills. Candidates must reside in proximity to Ikeja, Egbeda, or Iyana-Ipaja.

Location: Ikeja, Lagos (On-site).

Remuneration: NGN 250,00 – 300,00.
