Responsibilities

• Formulate and put into effect HR policies, procedures, and exemplary practices aimed at attracting, retaining, and motivating a diverse and talented workforce.
• Spearhead the recruitment and onboarding procedures for all departments, ensuring the acquisition of skilled and passionate individuals.
• Execute training and development initiatives designed to elevate the skills and knowledge of employees across diverse departments.
• Streamline operational processes and workflows to amplify productivity and curtail costs throughout the design lab, production factory, and physical stores.
• Work closely with department heads to guarantee efficient inventory management and stock control, minimizing occurrences of stockouts and overstock situations.
• Supervise the logistics and distribution processes to ensure the punctual delivery of products to both physical stores and online customers.

Competences

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience
• In-depth knowledge of HR operations and analytics
• Familiarity with labor law rules and regulations
• Impeccable communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to focus on the job for at least two years
