Job Description
Seal Group is currently seeking a Human Resource Manager to lead and coordinate HR activities in Lagos. This is a full-time role offering a competitive salary ranging from NGN 250,00 to 400,00, with flexibility based on qualifications and experience.
In the position of HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing recruitment efforts, implementing HR policies, and maintaining employee records. You will also manage performance evaluations, ensure adherence to labor regulations, and cultivate a positive workplace culture. A Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of three years of HR experience are essential for this role.
