Job Description

OMOAREGA CONSULTING LIMITED is currently looking for an experienced HR Manager who possesses exceptional verbal and written communication skills. The ideal candidate will have a comprehensive knowledge of employment laws and strategic insights into the labor market.

The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing the hiring process, employee training, and performance evaluations. Key responsibilities include ensuring employee satisfaction, managing health and safety protocols, and maintaining precise employee records.

Candidates should have a minimum of HND/B.Sc in Human Resources or a related field, at least three years of relevant HR experience, and strong negotiation and communication abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦250,00.00 – ₦300,00.00 per month
