Mindal Recruitment Agency is actively searching for a qualified Human Resource Manager to join our paint company located in Orile Iganmu, Lagos State. This is a full-time, on-site role that requires overseeing HR operations, including benefits administration, HR management, and the maintenance of our Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS).

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor laws, managing employee relations, and facilitating recruitment and onboarding processes. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is required. Candidates should have experience in HR Management, proficiency in HRIS, and strong communication and teamwork skills. CIPM or other HR certifications are advantageous.
