Job Description
MESHINCE NIGERIA LTD is seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead our HR functions in the card manufacturing sector. In this critical role, you will be responsible for managing employee relations, enhancing workplace culture, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Key responsibilities include talent acquisition, employee engagement, training and development, and performance management.
We are looking for candidates with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field and 3-5 years of HR management experience, ideally in the manufacturing industry. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, along with proficiency in HR systems, are essential for success in this role.
