Job Description
KOTE STUDIOS is on the lookout for a highly organized and proactive Human Resource Manager to lead our HR functions, manage administrative operations, and enhance employee relations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional leadership abilities, outstanding communication skills, and meticulous attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities:
- Formulate and enforce HR policies and best practices.
- Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations initiatives.
- Manage performance evaluations and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and promote workplace safety.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or a related field.
- Demonstrated experience in HR roles.
