Juliesdesk Consult seeks a full-time Human Resource Manager to lead HR operations and support management and staff. You will align HR policies with business objectives, prepare job descriptions and adverts, and manage end-to-end recruitment including screening, interviewing, and selection. Responsibilities include overseeing onboarding, training, payroll, benefits, and employee records; administering performance management, disciplinary and grievance procedures; advising on employment law; and conducting salary reviews and redundancy processes. The role promotes equality and diversity and requires collaboration with managers and unions as necessary. Compensation starts from ₦100,00 per month.

Ideal candidates demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and policy-implementation skills, with proven experience in staff development and HR strategy.
