Job Description

Jollof Square seeks an experienced Human Resource Manager to support our expanding quick-service team in Sango, Ibadan. This full-time, permanent role reports to management and focuses on recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, training, payroll coordination, HR reporting, and compliance with Nigerian labor laws.

• Minimum 3 years HR experience and a bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
• Excellent communication, discretion, and proficiency in MS Office required.
• Hospitality or QSR experience preferred.
• Salary up to ₦120,00/month; opportunities for professional development and competitive benefits.
