Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Human Resource Manager to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our plant operations and ensure workforce stability. This role encompasses recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, union negotiations, and staff welfare. The ideal candidate should possess strong manufacturing experience, in-depth knowledge of Nigerian Labor Law, and the ability to cultivate positive relationships between management and unionized staff.
Key responsibilities include strategic HR leadership, recruitment management, industrial relations, compliance with labor laws, performance discipline, and employee welfare. Candidates must have a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 7 years of HR experience with 3 years in manufacturing, and active membership in a recognized HR body.
