Job Description
Don Quester Consulting is actively looking for qualified candidates to fill the position of Human Resource Manager at a prestigious Mortgage Bank located in Ikeja, Lagos. This full-time position is responsible for overseeing all HR operations, ensuring compliance with labor laws, and formulating effective HR strategies.
The role’s key responsibilities encompass managing recruitment and onboarding processes, addressing employee relations, and leveraging HR analytics for strategic decision-making. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or a closely related field, along with 5-7 years of HR experience, including at least 2 years in a managerial capacity, preferably within the banking industry.
