Job Description

Chrisvirgy Apartment, part of Chrisvirgy Group Limited, seeks a Human Resource Manager to lead HR operations in Abuja. The role involves developing and implementing HR policies, managing recruitment and onboarding, administering payroll and benefits, handling employee relations, coordinating training and performance appraisals, and ensuring compliance with Nigerian labor law.

• Qualifications: minimum 5 years of HR experience preferred; strong knowledge of Nigerian labor legislation; proficiency with HR systems; excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Additional: discretion in handling sensitive matters; hospitality experience is an advantage.
