Job Description
We are currently hiring for the position of Human Resource Manager at AWAY HOMES LIMITED. As the Human Resource Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of our organization’s human resources functions.
Your key responsibilities will include recruitment and selection, employee onboarding and training, performance management, compensation and benefits, employee relations, and ensuring legal compliance.
You will collaborate with senior management to develop and implement HR strategies that align with the company’s goals and objectives. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining employee records, administering payroll, and managing employee wellness programs.
The ideal candidate for this position will have a strong background in human resources, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations. Previous experience in a managerial role is preferred.
