Job Description
Arbitos Business Operations Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated and experienced Human Resource Manager to join our team in Lagos. In this role, you will be responsible for driving our people strategy, managing talent acquisition, and promoting employee engagement.
Your key responsibilities include overseeing recruitment, managing the employee lifecycle, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related fields and at least 1 year of experience, preferably in the FMCG sector, are required.
We offer a competitive salary ranging from NGN 150,00 to 250,00.
