We are seeking an experienced Human Resource Manager to lead HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. You will develop HR policies, coach managers, and implement talent development programs that support organizational objectives. The role requires strong problem-solving skills, discretion, and the ability to collaborate across functions.

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field
• Minimum 5 years of HR experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role
• Solid knowledge of labor laws and proficiency with HRIS
