Job Description
Location: Ijebu Ode, Shagamu, RCCG
Adron Homes and Properties Limited is on the lookout for a dynamic Human Resource Manager. This key position requires an individual who will effectively oversee recruitment processes, staff administration, and salary management within the designated region. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to company policies, facilitate the achievement of recruitment objectives, and actively contribute to employee management to foster productivity and organizational growth.
Key Responsibilities: Lead recruitment initiatives, design and implement strategic plans, manage staff administration, and oversee payroll processes.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field, 3-5 years of HR experience, exceptional leadership skills, comprehensive knowledge of labor laws, and a strong sense of integrity.
