Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field; 3–5 years of HR experience within fintech or tech-driven organizations; strong knowledge of HR best practices; proficiency with HRIS and Microsoft Office; and excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
