Job Description
Workpedia Africa Ltd seeks an experienced HR Executive to lead recruitment, employee relations, compliance, performance management, and staff development. The successful candidate will ensure adherence to Nigerian labour law and maintain confidentiality across HR processes.
- Minimum 4 years HR experience; CIPM certification mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Familiarity with Nigerian labour law; industrial/technical sector experience preferred
- Willingness to sign a two-year contract; Monday–Friday; immediate start
