Job Description
IBADAN JOB CONNECT is looking for a committed Human Resource Executive to develop and implement HR strategies that align with our organizational goals and those of our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and updating HR policies, assisting with HR outsourcing operations, and acting as the primary HR liaison between our company and clients.
Your key responsibilities will encompass conducting client check-ins, ensuring compliance with labor laws, maintaining HR records, coordinating training programs, and monitoring employee attendance.
This is a full-time position with a competitive salary range of ₦100.00 – ₦200.00 per month. A minimum of 3 years of HR experience is required. The expected start date for this position is August 1, 2025.
