Job Description
A Human Resource Business Partner responsibilities include: aligning business objectives with employees and management. They will be responsible for employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent development, and ensuring compliance with relevant employment laws and regulations.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of HR principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with employees and stakeholders. They should be able to provide HR guidance to management and employees and understand and execute strategic HR initiatives.
Key qualifications:
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar role
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
