Kennedia Consulting is inviting applications for the position of Human Resource Business Partner. This is a full-time role with a competitive salary of ₦300,00.00 per month.

In this role, you will manage recruitment and onboarding processes, monitor employee attendance and leave, handle payroll, and establish workplace policies. You will also focus on organizational planning, performance management driven by HR analytics, employee training and development, and fostering a positive work culture.

Additional responsibilities include managing employee relations, conflict resolution, overseeing benefits, succession planning, and maintaining a safe work environment.
