Job Description
We are currently seeking a highly experienced and motivated individual to join our team as a Human Resource Business Partner. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of the HR function and providing strategic HR support to the organization.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a proven track record of success in partnering with business leaders to drive organizational effectiveness. Key responsibilities will include talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, and development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in human resources
- Excellent knowledge of HR laws and regulations
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
