Job Description
We are currently seeking an enthusiastic HR Business Partner to deliver comprehensive HR services for a dynamic mid-sized business unit at Arcfyre International. As the HRBP, you will work closely with the Manager to ensure exceptional people service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted business and people advisor, addressing everything from problem-solving and resource management to people administration and filing.
- Support the business strategy by implementing robust people practices and reporting on progress, with a focus on talent and performance enhancements.
- Implement HR strategies, standards, and policies by managing daily HR operations.
- Utilize HR analytics to assess progress and identify risks, presenting best practices tailored to the business’s needs.
- Manage HR reports, including ISO compliance, using online tools.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 4 years of comprehensive HR experience.
- Proficiency in labor legislation and payroll processing.
- HR degree required; postgraduate degree is an added advantage.
Education: Bachelor’s (Required)
Experience: Human resources: 4 years (Required)
