Job Description
HR-Aid Consults is actively seeking a Human Resource Associate for our client, a prestigious IT Company based in Ikeja, Lagos. This full-time role requires candidates to possess a Bachelor’s degree alongside 3 to 4 years of experience in HR Generalist functions.
The ideal applicant will demonstrate exceptional recruitment abilities, a comprehensive understanding of performance management, payroll processes, and a thorough knowledge of labor laws. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is a must. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, with preference given to candidates residing near Ikeja. Salary: N300,00 per month. Immediate availability is required.
