Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Human Resource / Admin Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various HR and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our organization.

Key responsibilities:

  • Managing employee records and maintaining HR databases
  • Assisting with recruitment and onboarding processes
  • Collaborating with department heads to develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Handling employee benefit programs and coordinating employee training sessions
  • Assisting with payroll processing and ensuring accurate recordkeeping
  • Managing office supplies and maintaining a well-organized office environment

We are looking for candidates with a strong background in HR and administration, excellent organizational and communication skills, and the ability to multitask effectively. A degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
