Job Description
Eta-zuma Mining & Industries Limited is currently looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer. The primary goal of this position is to ensure a safe and healthy work environment while advocating for environmental responsibility. The HSE Officer will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess workplace hazards, and develop risk mitigation strategies.
- Ensure compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.
- Provide HSE training and foster a safety-conscious culture.
- Investigate incidents and implement corrective measures.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure adherence.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in HSE.
- Relevant certifications such as ISPON Level 3 or NEBOSH.
Salary: N300,00 – N350,00 Monthly.
