Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage recruitment efforts including job posting, candidate screening, interviewing and selection.
• Manage the full employee life cycle including onboarding, orientation, performance management and off-boarding processes.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR database.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with management to identify and address training and development needs.
• Administer benefits programs and payroll, and maintain confidentiality.
• Coordinate staff schedules and administer benefit programs including health insurance and other employee benefits.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as assigned by HR leadership.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in HR roles with a strong understanding of HR best practices, employment law, and regulation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or equivalent.
• Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) and MS Office.
• Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the organization.
• SHRM or HR certification is a plus (desirable).

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ₦150,00.00 – ₦300,00.00 per month

Ability to Relocate:

• Lagos: Relocate before starting work (Required)
