Job Description
The HR Training Coordinator role at Uconnect Nigeria Limited involves designing, developing, and implementing training programs aligned with organizational goals. We seek a creative individual passionate about employee development and skilled in creating engaging training content.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement effective training programs and materials
- Collaborate with experts to identify training needs
- Create engaging content: presentations, manuals, multimedia
- Organize and facilitate training sessions, workshops
- Evaluate program effectiveness and update materials
- Maintain training records and track progress
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant fields
- Proven experience in training coordination and content development
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Proficiency with e-learning platforms and tools
- Excellent organizational and project management skills
- Must reside in or around Victoria Island and environs
SALARY: N150,00- N200,00 per month based on experience level.
