We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled HR & Sales Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling various HR tasks while also actively participating in sales activities.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in recruitment and selection process, including posting job openings, reviewing resumes, and conducting interviews.
• Administer employee benefits and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Coordinate and conduct employee training programs.
• Assist sales team in achieving revenue targets by prospecting and qualifying leads.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, and provide excellent customer service.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field.
• Prior experience in HR and sales is preferred.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
