Job Description

We are currently seeking a highly motivated individual to join our team as an HR/Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for assisting in various HR and sales functions to support the overall success of the company.

As an HR/Sales Associate, your main duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Assisting in the recruitment process by screening resumes, conducting interviews, and selecting qualified candidates.
  • Managing employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including preparing job contracts and conducting exit interviews.
  • Coordinating and organizing employee training programs and development initiatives.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to employee information, benefits, and performance evaluations.
  • Supporting the sales team by handling customer inquiries, providing product information, and processing orders.
  • Assisting in the preparation of sales-related reports and analysis.

To be successful in this role, you should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Previous experience in HR and/or sales is preferred but not required.
