Job Summary:

We are looking for an HR/ Recruitment Officer to join our team at Bridgegap Consults Limited. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs, create job postings, and attract qualified candidates. Responsibilities include managing the recruitment process, interviewing candidates, and placing them in our client’s organizations. Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills are essential for this full-time position.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients to identify HR needs and devise recruitment strategies.
• Create job descriptions and postings.
• Handle the entire recruitment process, from reviewing resumes to making candidate recommendations.
• Manage job offers, compensation discussions, and candidate feedback.
• Build lasting relationships with candidates and offer recruitment advice to clients.
• Provide written reports on recruitment opportunities and offer training services.
• Participate in relevant workshops and seminars.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2 years of recruitment experience.
• Experience in HR consulting and recruitment.
