Job Description
Join our Human Resources team to support full-cycle recruitment and HR operations. Responsibilities include sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, maintaining applicant tracking records, coordinating onboarding, and performing HR administrative tasks. You will work closely with recruiters and hiring managers to draft job postings, review resumes, conduct initial phone screens, and contribute to employer branding efforts.
Ideal candidates are current students or recent graduates in Human Resources, Business, or related fields with strong communication skills, meticulous attention to detail, basic proficiency in Microsoft Office, and a keen willingness to learn.
