Job Description
Eden Solutions and Resources seeks an experienced HR Operations Lead to oversee daily HR activities in Abuja. The successful candidate will coordinate HR functions, supervise HR officers and recruiters, review recruitment records, maintain employee files and contracts, and support onboarding and performance review processes. Additional duties include preparing role descriptions and interview summaries, delivering HR services for clients, and implementing basic policy updates.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree; minimum 5 years’ experience in HR operations and recruitment support; proven supervisory experience; excellent organizational and communication skills; and discretion handling confidential information. Must ensure compliance with internal policies and Nigerian labor regulations. Full-time role. Salary: ₦300,00–₦450,00/month.
