Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to support daily HR operations and foster a positive workplace. Core responsibilities include recruitment (job postings, CV screening, interviews, onboarding), maintaining employee records and HR databases, providing payroll inputs (attendance and leave), addressing staff queries and escalations, monitoring attendance and policy compliance, coordinating training, preparing HR communications, and safeguarding confidential files.
Requirements:
- OND/HND/B.Sc in Human Resources or related field
- 1–3 years HR or administrative experience with knowledge of Nigerian labor practices
- Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational skills, discretion, and MS Office proficiency
Job Type: Full-time. Pay: ₦120,00–₦150,00 per month.
