Job Description
SyncPath Consulting Limited seeks a full-time HR Officer to manage recruitment, onboarding, employee records, performance management, policy compliance, and employee relations. The role coordinates hiring and orientation, maintains accurate HR documentation, supports staff development and performance reviews, ensures compliance with labor laws and company policies, addresses employee inquiries, and assists with HR program implementation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; solid understanding of HR practices and labor regulations
- Discretion with confidential information; prior HR experience preferred
