Job Description
APEXLEAP CONSULTING, a leader in the real estate industry, is seeking a qualified Human Resources Specialist to join our team in Osapa-Lekki, Lagos. This in-house position requires attendance two days a week, with a competitive net salary of ₦150,00.
The ideal candidate will hold a minimum BSc or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, with a preference for those who are Chartered Members of CIPM. Candidates must possess proven HR experience, particularly in recruitment, employee relations, and compliance, along with a solid understanding of Nigerian labor laws.
Key responsibilities include designing and implementing HR strategies, managing recruitment and onboarding, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations.
