Job Description
- Manage the staffing process, including recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Ability to multitask
- Ensure job descriptions are up to date and compliant with regulations
- Develop training materials and performance management programs
- Create a compensation strategy based on market research
- Investigate and resolve employee issues
- Provide guidance and feedback on performance management
- Align strategic HR goals with business initiatives
- Design and implement employee retention strategies
