Job Description

Zonex Fintech Limited is actively searching for a skilled HR Manager to spearhead and oversee all human resources functions within our dynamic tech startup, specializing in cryptocurrency transactions. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing HR policies, managing recruitment processes, and ensuring compliance with labor regulations, all while fostering a positive workplace culture.

Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree in HR Management or a related field, 3-5 years of relevant experience, and a professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM) are essential. We particularly encourage candidates aged 20-35 with exceptional communication and leadership abilities to apply.

This is a full-time role based in Lagos, offering a competitive salary ranging from NGN 250,00 to 400,00, plus commission.
