Job Description

Salary: ₦250,00
Marvel Advisory is seeking a skilled HR Manager to oversee human resources functions within our logistics and supply chain operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving recruitment efforts, workforce planning, and talent management, as well as implementing effective performance management systems tailored to our logistics operations.
Key responsibilities encompass training oversight, staff development, and succession planning, in addition to ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
Qualifications include a B.Sc./HND in Human Resources or a related field, 5+ years of HR experience (with at least 2 years in a managerial capacity), and prior experience in the logistics industry. Strong communication and leadership skills are essential for this role.
