Job Description
MarbleClear Limited is seeking a highly qualified HR Manager to lead our Human Resources department in Ibadan, Oyo State. The ideal candidate should possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 4-6 years of demonstrable experience in HR management. A strong understanding of Nigerian employment laws, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in HR software are crucial for this role. Key responsibilities include developing effective HR strategies, supervising recruitment processes, managing employee relations, and enhancing training programs. A professional certification such as CIPM or SPHR is a valuable asset.
