Purpose of the Job
To ensure that HR strategy is implemented in line with the company’s core values, business plans, and that HR policy, procedures, and processes are developed, communicated, understood, and consistently implemented.
Responsibilities
- Implement strategies for Change Management
• Work towards best practices
• Provide continuous improvement and innovation on customer service
Requirements
• Minimum of 5 years of work experience specifically in HR
- Membership of certified HR professional bodies
- University degree in Human Resources or any related Social Science field.
- Experience within the hospitality sector will be an added advantage.
