Job Description
Infratel Africa is a leading provider of telecom collocation and infrastructure sharing services, connecting Mobile Network Operators through a cooperative model. We are currently seeking an experienced HR Manager to oversee our human resources initiatives.
As the HR Manager, you will be responsible for managing recruitment processes, employee relations, performance management, and training programs. You will also play a key role in nurturing a positive workplace culture while ensuring adherence to company policies and labor laws. The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor’s Degree and 3-4 years of relevant experience, complemented by strong leadership and communication skills.
Salary: N300,00 – N350,00 monthly.
