Job Description
Hobark International Limited (HIL), an oil and gas staffing and services group established in 1998 with headquarters in Lagos and regional offices in four countries, seeks a full-time, permanent HR Manager based in Lagos.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; CIPM or SHRM certification preferred; minimum seven years’ experience in HR management, ideally within the oil & gas sector.
- Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws
- Lead talent acquisition and onboarding
- Manage performance and development programs
- Administer HRIS and maintain HR records
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office; strong communication, conflict resolution, strategic thinking, and resilience under pressure
