Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team. As an HR Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the human resources function within our organization.
Key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to:
- Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business objectives
- Managing the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and making hiring decisions
- Developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
- Planning and delivering employee training, development, and performance management programs
- Handling employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and employee grievances
- Overseeing compensation and benefits administration
- Maintaining accurate HR records and documentation
The ideal candidate for this position should have a strong background in human resources management, a thorough understanding of employment laws and regulations, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
