Elvaridah is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Manager to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities include managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
Key qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field, 3-5 years of progressive HR experience, and proficiency in HR software. Strong leadership capabilities, excellent communication skills, and a comprehensive understanding of Nigerian labor laws are crucial for this role.
