Job Description
We are currently looking for a dynamic HR / IR Manager to join our team. As the HR / IR Manager, you will be responsible for managing the overall HR and industrial relations functions within the organization.
Your primary duties will include developing and implementing human resources policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations, and managing employee relations issues. You will also be responsible for overseeing the recruitment and onboarding process, conducting performance evaluations, and implementing training and development programs.
Qualified candidates should have a solid understanding of labor laws and regulations, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A bachelor’s degree in human resources management or a related field is required, and prior experience in HR or industrial relations is preferred.
